1. Identification of the Data Controller EssenByte Solutions S.R.L. ("EssenByte", "we", "us"), registered under Romanian law with CIF/CUI RO49182390, Trade Registry J40/12345/2026, headquartered in Bucharest, Romania, operates as the Data Controller in respect to personal data collected across the EssenByte Solutions ecosystem. 2. Categories of Data Processed We process organizational and technical data strictly required to deliver digital infrastructure, enterprise software, and domain services: - Contact & Corporate Identifiers: Verified work email, full name, company fiscal number (CUI/CIF), trade registry identifier, billing address. - Sensitive Telemetry: Server-side cryptographic session IDs stored in Redis with HttpOnly Secure cookies. We strictly forbid storing authentication secrets in browser localStorage or sessionStorage. - Technical Ingress Logs: Source IP address, User-Agent, and timestamps recorded in an append-only audit stream. 3. No customer data is transferred outside the EEA without explicit customer instruction.
